  • Mindfulness is used to develop self-awareness and wisdom that can gradually lead to what we call enlightenment of the freedom from suffering. In this session you will learn about breathing techniques, and the basic tools of living in mindfulness.
  • Through a mindfulness meditation, you will understand its benefits and how it helps you get in touch with your inner-self and release all your stress, anxiety and fears.
