Life coaching session

1 on 1 session (in person or online)

A mix of psychological exercises based on CBT cognitive behaviour therapy , NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. In this private session I will help you first be more aware of the limitations of your current belief system to be able to create the best plan of action, reach inner peace and create a balanced life. By doing so you will be able to embrace the change, heal your past and be more present.

As an executive coach, I help managers and executives build up their strategies based on their own set of values and principles, and develop a better decision-making process in the different sectors of their company.
